This morning at 11:13, my friend Dee McLaughlin did something that very few people would have the guts or motivation to do - she finished the grueling "Wasatch 100" - as the name implies, a hundred-mile race through the mountains of central Utah. My wife Petrina and I were both moved to tears as we watched her finish her run at the Homestead Resort in Midway, 30 hours after she started.
At the age of 49, Dee is an inspiration to us as we struggle each day to make it to the gym or go for a couple mile jaunt through our neighborhood. She's an amazing lady who, when not
running, is a certified fitness trainer in the Salt Lake City area.

Kurt & Dee (huff) share a few (puff) words.
